College of Communications

Cal State Fullerton’s communications and journalism programs rank first in California and second in the nation for the number of degrees awarded to Hispanics. The College of Communications excels at producing the diverse, highly skilled and globally-minded communications professionals needed in today’s society.

Students pursue a robust curriculum taught by world-class faculty with links to local industry; learning is enhanced with hands-on opportunities like the Daily Titan news, forensics or Al Día, and real-world experiences through the PRactical ADvantage agency, study abroad or the speech and hearing clinic.

Now the college seeks to establish a home for Titan communicators — a building with cutting-edge media facilities and spaces to promote community-building, networking and international collaboration. With your help, we can continue to raise the bar in communications excellence for the 21st century.
