Our society’s perception of art has expanded through the integration of technology. Students now have opportunities to build careers in a broader range of in-demand entertainment arts and technology fields such as game design, digital music and media production, live-event show control, film production and animation. We will create curriculum and academic options in creative arts and technology so our students can succeed as innovators and creators in the growing creative economy. By championing collaborations between art forms and disciplines and leveraging faculty connections in industry, we will create new opportunities for students to explore and innovate across disciplines.
