Expand the Impact of the Center for Healthy Neighborhoods

Boost Titans’ health and social service offerings to the local community.

Your investment will:

  • Support clinical supervision of students at the Center for Healthy Neighborhoods
  • Fund center operating expenses
  • Invest in a center director
  • Enhance health and social outcomes in the local community.

Limited access to health and social services not only affects disadvantaged neighborhoods, but also has an economic impact on the broader community. We will address a growing need for such services at the CSUF Center for Healthy Neighborhoods by expanding programs and partnerships with community organizations that also help our students gain valuable experience leading workshops, becoming health advocates and facilitating intervention strategies. Since its inception in 2016, the Center for Healthy Neighborhoods has helped revitalize its community through after-school services, job readiness workshops, healthcare management and other programs led by CSUF faculty and students.

Your investment will fund more than 2,000 hours of clinical supervision for students from various disciplines, cover operating expenses over a five-year period and endow a directorship as we continue to improve the health and social outcomes of community members.
